Service Description

Planning your event can be quite stressful and our goal is to make the process enjoyable. Before we begin we would like to sit down and talk about your event and how we can best be of service. Our premium consultation is more than just a initial meeting. We present our brand to you in premium style.

Cancellation Policy

Once booked, the rental is final, and no refunds will be permitted unless the rental is canceled within 24 hours of booking via written email. The rental is for one day only. Daily charges will apply. After booking, you will be contacted to confirm the location and drop-off times. For an additional fee of $100.00, we will set your tables correctly for up to 120 guests. Flatware will arrive clean and ready for service. a container will be provided for soiled flatware to be placed. Missing or damaged flatware will require immediate replacement, valued at $2.00 per item. If flatware table service is requested, the client agrees to allow the team at least 2 hours to set tables. If the event does not allow for 2 hours after being decided upon, we can only offer drop-off service with no refund of the table service made. An additional fee will be incurred for events where at least 2 hours are impossible.
