Service Description

The service area includes Valdosta and is within a 90-mile radius. Service outside of this 90-mile radius will incur a travel charge of $250.00 + $0.56/mi. for locations within 250 Miles of Valdosta, Georgia. Our signature lighting package includes up to 40 up lights that can be DMX wired which will allow us to set multiple colors with hundreds of color combinations. This Package also Includes a custom monogram which is presented using a high-powered ellipsoidal light fixture that gives a premium image. Understanding Lighting: The colors of lighting can and will vary depending on various factors, Venue wall colors, types of house lighting, color shades selected. We find the best wash of color comes from the following: Blue, Red, Purple, Dark Pink, Green, Cyan, Amber. Mixing pastel colors while possible, may not appear as vibrant on certain walls. Our monogram lighting fixture is a plug-in unit that will sit on a tripod and be projected to a wall. It is possible to project to the floor, however, understand that the tripod will need to be placed in a position for it to be properly displayed. We recommend projecting the monogram on an unused wall, over the cake, or over the sweetheart table. Depending on room configuration it may be necessary to place the monogram projector amongst the guests running power supply line neatly through the room, should this be necessary we will inform you ahead of time. Please check with your local venues prior to booking regarding the use of gaffers tape to conceal cords prior to booking. Failing to ensure will result in forfeiture of your payments and deposits.


Cancellation Policy

Once booked, the rental is final, and no refunds will be permitted unless the rental is canceled within 24 hours of booking via written email. The rental is for one day only. Daily charges will apply. After booking, you will be contacted to confirm the location and drop-off times. For an additional fee of $100.00, we will set your tables correctly for up to 120 guests. Flatware will arrive clean and ready for service. a container will be provided for soiled flatware to be placed. Missing or damaged flatware will require immediate replacement, valued at $2.00 per item. If flatware table service is requested, the client agrees to allow the team at least 2 hours to set tables. If the event does not allow for 2 hours after being decided upon, we can only offer drop-off service with no refund of the table service made. An additional fee will be incurred for events where at least 2 hours are impossible.
