Service area includes Valdosta and within a 90 mile radius. Service outside of this 90 mile radius will incur travel charge of $250.00 + $0.56/mi. for locations within 250 Miles of Valdosta, Georgia. Understanding Lighting: The colors of lighting can and will vary depending on various factors, Venue wall colors, types of house lighting, color shades selected. We find the best wash of color comes from the following: Blue, Red, Purple, Dark Pink, Green, Cyan, Amber. Mixing pastel colors while possible, may not appear as vibrant on certain walls. The monogram lighting fixture is a plug in unit that will sit on a tripod and be projected to a wall. It is possible to project to the floor, however, understand that the tripod will need to be placed in a position for it to be properly displayed. We recommend projecting the monogram on a unused wall, over the cake or over the sweetheart table. Depending on room configuration it may be necessary to place the monogram projector amongst the guests running power supply line neatly through the room, should this be necessary we will inform you ahead of time. Please check with your local venues prior to booking regarding the use of gaffers tape to conceal cords prior to booking. Failing to ensure will result in forfeiture of your payments and deposits. Understanding Cool Sparks: Our cool sparks do not produce any heat or smoke, the effect is completely safe for indoor environments and will not result in any burns or fires as result of the effect. However, this effect should be cleared with your venue prior to booking. If we need to send literature or speak with representatives prior to booking, we will be glad to do so. Should we arrive and are told that this effect is not allowed, we will be unable to refund any payments made for the effect. Please clear this effect prior to booking. Understanding Dance on a Cloud: This effect is very special but require adequate planning and coordination to ensure the effect achieves its desired look. Dry ice is a very cold substances that when mixed with hot water released a non-toxic, odorless gas/vapor that stays low to the ground and then dissipates. While this effect is not known to set off any fire alarms, it is critical that this effect is cleared with your venue prior to booking. In addition, we will order our dry ice ahead of your event.
