We mean FULL PLANNING!  With our full planning package, you can receive the following: Welcome Box, a Custom wedding website, We manage your budget and vendors (you pay us... we pay all of the wedding vendors), Assistance in Hotel Blocks, Engagement Photo/Video Sessions, Couple's Wedding Hotel Suite, RSVP management, Print and Mailing of wedding invitations, wedding rehearsal coordination, wedding day coordination, and unlimited scheduled calls, text, emails or in-person meetings, and much more! This is the most comprehensive wedding planning package anywhere!

THE RUN-THE-DAY EXPERIENCE

We do more than a typical wedding coordinator! Are you a couple that prefers to be hands-on during the planning process? Prefer to book your own vendors and make your own plans and do you need professionals to ensure your day runs how you pictured it to be? Allow us to RUN THE DAY! Our Run-the-day experience is a comprehensive service where we provide the following: Coordination of vendors, Access to our RSVP management tool, Coordination of Wedding Rehearsal, Bridal Assistant, Coordination of the wedding ceremony and Reception, reception Emcee, placement of ceremony items such as unity candle/sand, memorial items, guestbook, etc.

* Planning packages DO NOT include the cost of decor or wedding vendors. These items are priced according to market value and vendor-contracted rates. All decor is a separate service and will be invoiced separately. Required Minimum Budget for 150 guests: $40,000

 

$300.00 non-refundable fee to temporarily hold your date for two weeks. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required within two weeks of the temporary date hold. The remaining payment is required 60 days prior to the event. A $100.00 temporary hold fee can be applied to the remaining balance.
